What happens when my accreditation expires?

For investing purposes, your accreditation letter must be valid at the time of documentation review. This review typically occurs within 24-48 hours after documents are submitted (excluding weekends).

The CrowdStreet team works to review as quickly as possible once documents are received, but if a chosen investing account’s verification is set to expire within 10 days of the offer date, there is a chance that your offer may be blocked from progressing.
